Getting Started: What you need to know about BC.Game

BC.Game is one of the largest crypto casinos on the planet. It has become hugely popular as a result of its thousands of featured games as well as a massive sportsbook covering major sports, niche sports, esports and so on. I decided to see how this site really works, and I'll share my results below.

Bonus & Rewards: Did I get any BC.Game promotions as a new and/or existing customer?

There is also a separate Blask BC.Game promo code review you can check out if you want the full breakdown on the promotions it offers. For this review though, I’ll go over my findings for the welcome bonus, and discuss what I found for existing customers.

I didn’t find a BC.Game welcome bonus

Unlike what I found in my Stake.com review, I did NOT find any type of signup bonus for BC.Game. Now, please be aware that this was my experience with the site. It is a global crypto casino and sportsbook, so you might be able to see different promotions that I can’t. The simplest thing you can do is check out the banners I’ve put on this page as they should show any regional promos you might be able to get.

From my perspective though, I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a sign up bonus - something like a deposit match bonus, free spins, or a free bet would have been nice.

There’s a range of other promos and features

While there wasn’t any welcome bonus, I did find a selection of promotions, events, and gamification features for existing customers:

Based on available information, I found that BC.Game seems to do seasonal/special promotions for major events such as the soccer World Cup. Additionally, there were some recurring features like slot races and bet milestones.

BC.Game also has a VIP program, but it is invite only, and I could not find any details of the eligibility requirements to be considered for the club. From what I could see, it looks like you should be able to get a range of perks like instant lossback, reload bonuses, gameplay bonuses, and a dedicated VIP host.

Usability, Look & Feel: Did I find the BC.Game website and mobile versions easy to use?

With my Shuffle review, I praised the usability of their website, and I think BC.Game is a tier underneath them in terms of overall look and usability. The site isn’t bad by any means, but I think they could do a better job of organizing the different elements - sometimes the site can feel cluttered which could be off-putting for newcomers.

Desktop website usability

The first thing I noticed about the BC.Game website was that it has an option to switch between dark and light mode which could prove useful. It has a standard left-hand pop-out navigation menu too, which contains links to the casino game categories, the sportsbook, and the other site sections such as the promotions.

The casino game library is organized logically, with categories for things like slots, table games, and game shows, and there is the option to search by provider too. There is a feature that shows recent wins too, but I’ve never been a fan of things like that as they can be misleading. Technically speaking, the website was fine - I found no missing content, no errors, and the page speeds were acceptable.

As I said above, the main thing I thought could be improved was the fact that there is a lot going on with the BC.Game site - it can feel a little overwhelming, and there’s the potential that new customers who haven’t got much casino or sportsbook experience might not know what to do or where to go first.

Smartphone accessibility

I did not find a proper BC.Game app for iOS or Android devices. I looked on Google, plus on the BC.Game website itself and there were mixed results. There was a Play Store app, but it turned out this was nothing to do with the crypto gambling brand. Additionally, I did see mention of an Android APK for BC.Game, but I was never able to access it to try it.

Blask readers might have more success than I did. This ultimately meant that I had to stick with the mobile-responsive browser version of the website. It works fine, but I had the same issue with the spacing and sometimes cluttered feel of the content. Still, the casino games that I tested worked fine, and the live betting experience was acceptable.

Game Types: What’s the BC.Game online casino like?

After checking the legitimacy of this brand, I dived into the online casino to see if it offers good entertainment value. BC.Game has a game library with 3,000+ titles, it works with a host of different iGaming developers, and it also produces its own games via its BC Originals team. It’s not the largest or most diverse game collection I’ve seen, but it’s on par with most other crypto casinos that I’ve tested recently.

I have not personally played games from all of these producers, but based on available information, each of these brands has a good reputation for fairness. That’s no guarantee of results or safety, but it’s a good sign. There are some standout names in this list such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NoLimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, and Playtech. These iGaming developers are regularly featured at global crypto casinos.

Next, I looked at the overall game variety at BC.Game, in terms of the different genres of games you can play. Most of the game categories can be accessed from the left-hand navigation menu, and I found the following categories:

I usually stick to live dealer games and arcade games, so I was happy that they had decent collections for both of these genres. It also features most of the typical types of slot games and mechanics that I expect to see, although BC.Game does not have a site-wide progressive jackpot feature.

I also found an arcade game collection and this is a common trend I’ve found at other global crypto casinos - operators will have an in-house development team that produce classic arcade games. In the case of BC.Game, these were some of the titles:

Markets Available: Does BC.Game have a decent online sportsbook?

After looking at the casino, I wanted to give equal attention to the sportsbook. BC.Game offers a solid collection of sports ranging from basketball to tennis and golf, and there is a dedicated live betting section. It didn’t really have anything that caught my attention though, or particularly made it stand out from other similar crypto sportsbooks.

It features 20+ sports from around the world

Like how I did with the casino section, I first started by checking out which sports you can bet on at BC.Game. There are 30+ options, with a decent spread of popular sports, and more niche offerings. BC.Game also has multiple virtual sports you can bet on, but I’ve never been interested in these. Next, I looked at these individual sports to see what events, competitions, and betting markets were available. Generally, they go beyond the 1st flight and top tier of competitions, and offer betting markets for most professional events for a particular sport.

For instance, with basketball, you can bet on NBA and WNBA matches, but also games from college basketball, FIBA, EuroLeague, and domestic leagues from a range of European and Asian countries.

I also noticed that most of the more popular sports had a solid range of team and player props bets for the individual matches.

There is a dedicated live betting setup

Any Blask reader who enjoys live betting can check out the dedicated in-play section at BC.Game which shows all the current live and upcoming live events you can bet on. For each individual game, I noticed that they have a small 2D game render in the right-hand corner of the betting screen, plus a limited selection of pre-match and in-game stats.

Live streaming is available, but this will depend on your location, and the availability that BC.Game has access to for the individual sports. I never experienced any issue with odds refreshing for the live markets either.

Payment Methods: Examining the banking setup

This site is primarily a crypto casino and sportsbook. As a result, Blask readers will need an external crypto wallet and some crypto to be able to play/bet here. There IS the option to purchase cryptocurrency directly via the BC.Game website if you do not already have some, and from my testing, this process looked to be secure. You will still need a crypto wallet regardless though.

I was able to make deposits and withdrawals with multiple different tokens including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Tron, and Solana. Things like min/max limits, gas fees, and processing times should vary though depending on which crypto you use. From my withdrawal testing though, I never had to wait longer than 24 hours, and in some instances the withdrawal requests were processed instantly.

Customer Support: Getting help at BC.Game

I didn’t get stuck when using the BC.Game site, but nonetheless, as part of this Blask review, I tested the different options they offer which include a live chat, help center, and email support. There is a modern all-in-one support solution which Blask readers can access simply by clicking the headphone icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

This opens the help center which is fully searchable. I used this to find some information on payment methods and how the crypto purchase feature worked. You also have the option to send a message though, which then connects you to someone via the live chat. I tested this a few times, and I was usually left waiting for around 7-8 minutes which isn’t the quickest response times I’ve had.

Still, the support quality was fine, and the human reps were able to eventually answer my queries. Email support was much slower, with response times taking anywhere up to 24 hours.

Is BC.Game legit? I reviewed its basic features and security to find out

When creating crypto casino reviews, I check each site against a set of Blask Core Principles, which include things like security, quality, and transparency. With that in mind, for this BC.Game review, these are the first things I checked out. I started by looking at the gambling license, and then assessed other important features like banking, responsible gambling, and verification processes.

Licensing

I first made sure that the site has a valid global gambling license. It does. This is an Anjouan gambling license, and it was active at the time I created this review. This is a global gambling license which means BC.Game can accept customers from multiple different territories, BUT, there are some exclusions including Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, the UK, and the USA. Security and transparency

When I first opened the BC.Game website, I checked for SSL encryption - it uses it, and there was an active SSL certificate provided by Google Trust Services. This is a standard feature that I expect every global casino and sportsbook to have. There also looks to be geoblocking technology used to prevent people from restricted territories from accessing the site.

In terms of verification, I found multiple levels including email and/or SMS verification during the signup process. On top of that, there was an AML police, and you should also be required to complete a full KYC check to unlock all of the site’s features. This should include uploading ID documents and taking a selfie to verify your ID.

Lastly, BC.Game has a range of standard documentation that I also expect to see, including law enforcement, terms of service, a privacy policy, fairness information, license information, and design resources.

Responsible gambling support and tools

BC.Game has a commitment to the promotion of responsible gambling. It offers a self-assessment questionnaire, FAQs on safer gambling, and offers a range of tools that Blask readers can utilize. These include setting deposit and gambling limits, budget calculators, and self-exclusion features for different time periods, or for an indefinite account closure.

Verdict: What I really thought about BC.Game

That finishes my BC.Game review, but what did I think overall? It’s fine. There are both pros and cons. On the positive side, it has a diverse game collection for the online casino, and there were plenty of sports markets to bet with. Additionally, the underlying legitimacy, security, and transparency of the brand are in line with what I expect from global crypto casinos and sportsbooks.
