What's new in Blask? February 2025

Blask Team

February is the shortest month of the year. This news summary will also be brief, but it's no less important or interesting!

Global Brands.

First, let's talk about a new product — Global Brands. Blask analyzes data on iGaming brands and knows which brands are available in which countries, but until now, you could only view local data. Now, Blask has gathered all the brands in one place within a convenient table!

Not only is it fascinating to explore the international leaderboard, but it's also beneficial! This helps us understand the value of data-driven decisions over gut-driven ones, illustrated through brands from Vietnam. It turns out that these brands are so strong that their volume and revenue successfully compete with international giants operating in over 30 countries.

With Global Brands, you can learn about the fastest-growing brands, the steepest declining ones, the most profitable, and the least effective, all in just a few clicks. You can also find answers to the question: "Go global or stay local?"

In addition to the brand pages, we have created country-specific pages for each brand. If a brand is available in multiple countries, you can see all of them on a separate, user-friendly brand page. Naturally, all the data there can and should be sorted as well!

Games.

We are continuing to enhance our Blask Games product. For February, we developed a game page that showcases all the key data related to each game:

  • Countries where the game is available
  • Charts for the Blask Index and Share of Interest, reflecting changes in the game's popularity
  • The most popular games nearby

Technical improvements.

  • We have reinstated Intercom on the website for quick communication with Blask.
  • The "Other" brand/games option can now be hidden from the Blask Index, Share of Interest, and BAP charts. Please ensure that the "adaptive height" option is enabled for the chart.
  • Licenses with open start/end dates are now supported.
  • We have introduced a technical issues banner to inform users about potential data problems.

We’re not resting on our laurels; we continue to grow and develop!
