Ecuador introduces $315K license fee for a fully offshore betting market
Ecuador has completed its online sports betting framework with a $315K annual license fee, local incorporation rules and stricter compliance requirements. But Blask data shows the market is already fully offshore, with 113 active brands and $332M in annual CEB.
