DraftKings reports prediction-market volume almost 2.5 times July

DraftKings Predictions has almost no US search. August BAP was 0.3%. Robins told investors volume was almost 2.5 times July and users were past 1 million.

On 22 September 2026, DraftKings CEO Jason Robins told the Wells Fargo 9th Annual Consumer Conference that Predictions volume was almost 2.5 times the July print — “a little less, but almost 2.5x, and trending higher every week.” He put customers who had used the product at “well over 1 million” and described Predictions as a way to acquire in states without online sports betting and to cross-sell onto Pick6, lottery and DFS. The figures are company-reported remarks from the fireside chat. They are not a filing. By volume he meant the amount customers traded on Predictions contracts, not the other side of the trade. It is not users, handle or revenue. He did not give a dollar figure.

A year earlier, on the 7 August 2025 earnings call, Robins said DraftKings was in “monitor mode” and that 2025 guidance “does not include the potential launch of a predictions market offering.”

In August 2026, DraftKings Predictions ranked 8th among US prediction-market brands, with 0.3% of BAP. Polymarket and Kalshi held the board.

Blask Index for the same brand peaked in June and then cooled into August, even as that BAP rose. July-to-September company volume and August search demand are separate series.
