Blask Affiliates: two jobs for the operator

Blask Affiliates gives the operator a dated log of where the brand appeared on affiliate pages, and which sites already list rivals.

Blask has launched Affiliates feature: a database of affiliate sites, their traffic, and brand positions on different pages. Now live in Brazil, worldwide coverage coming up.

The product tour walks through the screens. This piece is the operator view of the same log — two jobs for an affiliate manager or head of affiliates.

Tracking own placements

Affiliate placement is a contract for a brand appearance on a specific page, in a specific slot, for a set of days. The usual proof has been a screenshot from the same manager who sold the slot. Blask Affiliates is an independent third-party source for that appearance: rank on the URL, day by day, with the screenshot next to the row.

Opening a tracked page shows the history chart, the ranking table for a chosen date, and a Screenshot column. The capture below is Onefootball — Bets Autorizadas page inside Onefootball affiliate. On 8 September the log showed Novibet at rank 1, then Bet.Bet, Bet7k, Brazino777, and Sportingbet. Each row has the screenshot stored for that brand on that day.

Delivery is whether the operator’s logo stood where the invoice says it stood on the days being paid for. The operator picks the contracted URL, steps through the dates in the window, and reads rank against the screenshot. A slot that drifted or went empty shows up as a change on the chart.

Affiliates in the market, and where competitors already sit

The second job is coverage: which publishers exist in the geo, and which of them already carry competing brands. Affiliates opens in country view. As of 9 September, Brazil lists 315 publishers in the directory — name, domain, estimated traffic, how many brands Blask has recognized on the site, and how many URLs are under watch.

The same first screen also opens Brands under Affiliate coverage: 583 brands as of 8 September, each with a count of sites that currently carry it. That is the full set of listed affiliates in the country plus a map of where competitors are already placed.

An affiliate manager can pull a publisher backlog from those two tables — every listed site, every site already listing a rival, every site with a gap for their own brand — and take it into negotiations.

Bottom line

For the operator, Blask Affiliates is two reads of the same database. One is delivery on contracted URLs, with rank and a screenshot per day. The other is coverage: 315 publishers, competitor placements, and a backlog for outreach.

The section is live in Blask, Brazil first. Open Affiliates from the product sidebar to check a paid URL and to pull the publisher list against rival coverage.
