What is the Brands page?

The Brands section is a new addition to Blask, where we have gathered all the iGaming brands from our database in one place. Elevate your competition to a global level — this page offers you global insights right at your fingertips.

The page greets you with a chart showcasing the world leaders in the iGaming industry. It displays the top five brands based on the metrics APS and CEB. If a brand operates in multiple countries, Blask compiles its performance from each of those countries to generate global data.

At the time of writing this article, Blask is aware of 1,822 brands across 45 countries.

For each brand, Blask displays the metrics of Acquisition Power Score (APS) and Competitive Earning Baseline (CEB), as well as the number of countries in which the brand is represented.

The Acquisition Power Score (APS) and Competitive Earning Baseline (CEB) are new AI-driven metrics from Blask. APS reflects the estimated number of new players, while CEB predicts the most likely revenue level for the brand.

The table of all brands can be sorted by the metrics APS and CEB, as well as by the number of countries in which an iGaming brand is represented.

When all global brands are at your fingertips, it's easy to filter out the noise and spot those who are truly strong.

For instance, how else could you learn that the brand Betway earns more than all other iGaming brands worldwide without the Global Brands page? More crucially, almost $1 billion in CEB is achieved because the brand operates in 21 countries. In contrast, there is the significantly less powerful brand W88, which, however, derives all its strength solely from Vietnam.

For each iGaming brand, Blask has created a dedicated page that compiles all international data related to the selected brand.

The brand page begins with basic information: the top three countries for the chosen brand, along with its cumulative Average Players (APS) and Cumulative Engagement Benchmark (CEB) across all countries.

Next, the Blask Index chart illustrates the changing interest of players in the brand across the top five countries.

Blask Index is a proprietary metric from Blask, based on the concept of Share of Search, which measures market volume by analyzing the number of search queries on the internet and social media activity. The more frequently people search for the brand, the higher its Blask Index, leading to a greater market share.

The page concludes with a table listing all countries where the selected brand is represented. This table displays key metrics: the brand's position in each country, APS, CEB, Brand's Accumulated Power (BAP), and month-over-month (MoM) and year-over-year (YoY) growth.

Brand's Accumulated Power (BAP) is another AI-driven metric from Blask. BAP combines data from the Blask Index, considers social media activity, and reflects player preferences to depict the brand's market share.

Recently, we discussed the new division of local and international brands in Blask for regulated markets. If a brand holds a local license, there will be a "LOC" badge next to that country in the table. If the license is only available for one of the iGaming verticals (betting or casino), a "MIX" badge will appear. All these updates also apply to the brand page.

By the way, you can select the countries you are interested in from the table, and in that case, the Blask Index chart will be redrawn accordingly. Track the brand's dynamics without unnecessary noise, only in the areas that matter to you.
