Blask Index
Blask Index is a pivotal tool for the iGaming industry, reflecting market volume changes and brand market shares through search data analysis
Blask Index is the synonym for market volume. It tracks even the slightest changes in people's interest in the iGaming industry.
If the iGaming market expands or shrinks, Blask Index will instantly reflect this. Observe how brands' market shares change, analyze market growth in a country, and compare different countries against each other.
How is it calculated?
Inspired by the Share of Search metric and validated by our research, Blask Index turns public data, such as the amount of online searches, into the market size of a country and the volume held by brands in that country.
Simply put, Blask turns the volume of search queries by brand into the brands' market share, and the total volume of brands will be the complete market size.
How can you use Blask Index?
Blask Index is available for both countries and brands. The first thing you'll see on the Market Overview page is a large chart of Blask Index for the selected country.
Compare the countries.
Compare the Blask Indexes of different countries to compare the size of the iGaming market in those countries. For example, if one country has 2 times more Blask Index than another, there are 2 times more players.
Compare the brands.
By switching the Blask Index graph from the “Entire Market” to the “Compared” mode you can track all the market volume fluctuations by each brand.
Track your brand's growth and benchmark your performance against your competitors. 5% growth is generally good, but what if your main competitor has grown by 10%?
Compare the same brand in different countries.
And you can also compare the performance of the same brand in other countries. A brand may be a prince in the Nigerian iGaming market but a peasant in India.
Blask Index is your primary tool.
There is a saying, “What gets measured that gets managed.” Blask Index is your compass, circlet, and ruler in the complex iGaming sphere.
Blask Index measures market volume and tracks all of it, even the tiniest changes. Look at past growth and match it with brands' marketing activities, observe the real-time picture, and plan your future actions based on data-driven insights.
