64.7% of ADI PredictStreet volume is fake as brand’s Blask Index is nearly zero
Volume on FIFA’s prediction-market partner stayed up after the World Cup, while search demand fell away.
About $108M of the $167M traded on ADI PredictStreet through late September came from linked crypto wallets. From late August, 795 of them accounted for 99% of transactions and traded with one another.
Three Harvard students — Joshua Gupta, William Thompson and Ashwin Vinod Kumar — found the pattern in public blockchain data. The same report said the wallets appear linked to the company and were funded by one address that also collects the platform’s fees.
FIFA named ADI PredictStreet its first official prediction-market partner on 2 April 2026, for an advertising-rights fee the Journal put at more than $150M.
Summed across 41 countries, June Blask Index was 30.9 times the May level. The spike covers the World Cup, 11 June–19 July 2026. The United States, Germany and Britain held more than half of the opening month’s total. Right after the World Cup demand fell to near zero.

Across the countries Blask tracks, the brand ranked 16th of 27 brands by Blask Index. Even with that circular volume, ADI PredictStreet has not challenged Polymarket, Kalshi or Novig.
