FDJ United cuts its 2026 revenue outlook as online GGR falls –24.4% in the UK

The Unibet owner has lowered its full-year revenue target, and the online shortfall sits in two markets.

On 21 October 2026, FDJ United published results for the nine months to September:

  • Group revenue was €2 576M, down 5.6% YoY.
  • The third quarter fell faster, by 8.1% to €794M.

In July the group targeted stable gross gaming revenue and a low-single-digit revenue decline. It now expects GGR to fall by a low single digit and revenue by a mid single digit, with a recurring EBITDA margin of around 23%.

  • Online betting and gaming revenue fell 8.2%, to €619M, after €34M of additional gaming tax.
  • GGR for the unit was down 0.8%.
  • In the United Kingdom that figure fell 24.4%, and in the Netherlands 8.6%.
  • Outside those two markets it rose 5.7%, and the release points to France and Scandinavia.

Blask data for January–September 2026 places the group’s UK brands outside the top 20 on BAP, projected market share.

For January–September 2026, France is FDJ United’s largest market by CEB, projected revenue. The United Kingdom is fourth. Online GGR there fell 24.4%, a bigger drop than 8.6% in the Netherlands.

On 24 March 2026, FDJ United folded ParionsSport en ligne into Unibet. Unibet is now its only online sports-betting and poker brand in France. France’s CEB total includes Parions Sport for January–March only.
