Spain: legal and offshore game offerings compared

Spain's iGaming market has 534 active brands, but the 87 licensed operators capture 95.6% of player interest. The difference becomes more striking when looking at games: blackjack accounts for 38.3% of game-related search demand, yet makes up less than 1% of licensed catalogues.

Blask analysed 15,871 games in Spain, comparing what players search for with what licensed and offshore operators offer — and which titles actually get visibility in casino lobbies.

What the data shows

Licensed brands dominate demand, but offshore operators account for 84% of active brands. Slots lead both catalogues, while Live is gaining ground: its share of licensed offerings grew 2.7× between January and October 2026.

The biggest difference is visibility. A Live title appears in the top 10 of 46% of licensed operators, compared with just 21% offshore. And despite thousands of games competing for attention, only three titles overlap between the two segments' most repeated top-10 lists.
