Almost every bar behind the leader shortens from July to September. The loss was sharper inside the top 10 than among the brands outside it. A year earlier the segment followed the same shape, a high in July and a weaker close, and this quarter still finished above that one.
Chumba Casino stayed second and kept its share of the segment, so the wider gap is Crown Coins moving further away. LuckyLand Slots took the steepest fall in the ten after VGW closed the brand in stages from August 3 to September 14, and demand was lower in both of those months.
Modo is the only other name in top 10 that finished ahead of where it opened the quarter.
